Traveling to music
One of the nicest gifts I’ve ever received was an impromptu music concert given by my grandson on his kala ukulele at Musician's Friend. He is excellent at playing all kinds of stringed instruments, and I thoroughly enjoy hearing him play.
In a few days, he’ll be taking a flight to New York for tryouts for a music school there. I believe he’ll be accepted, since he is so gifted. His next step will be to secure financial aid and scholarships for music so he can actually attend the school.
This music school focuses on old time and bluegrass music, which is his real love. He can play classical violin and acoustic guitar, but his first choice is always banjo and uke.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found
a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the
shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside
and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
